# 1. Travel content with themes

The Insta#LAND platform aims to create an ecosystem that connects travelers and tour guides in response to changes in the travel industry. Through this ecosystem, travel content creation and travel product development are naturally linked, and travel agencies shift from simply selling low-cost travel products to planning and producing themed travel content that is then connected to travel products. This approach is a significant development direction for the platform.

The traditional pyramid-shaped travel product structure, which is centered around large travel agencies, vertically links local land companies and tour guides, and is based on a bleeding revenue model for low-cost travel products. This structure undermines the revenue model for local guides and ultimately alienates travelers and guides, resulting in a systematic reduction in the quality of travel products.

We are confident that the business structure of travel agencies will shift towards a travel studio that specializes in producing travel content. Under this structure, we aim to establish a new type of travel business that combines the Insta#LAND travel platform with travel studios and expert local guides, building a closely cooperative structure. In this context, our Insta#LAND ecosystem will develop a flexible travel platform that can accommodate this structure, and we will combine it with travel studios and expert guides to create a productive, useful, and sustainable business structure based on our key currency, MARBLE.

The platform's primary content will not be an online market that sells products, but rather a media platform that is content-centered. This platform's role is not for travelers to visit to purchase products but to view, experience, and enjoy travel information. Therefore, to ensure that travelers continue to be interested in using the platform, we are developing new and fresh travel content produced by various travel content experts. This content is being created in a way that involves travel consumers in the production process, and we plan to develop travel products based on traveler-planned trips in a participatory development approach. By functioning as a true travel platform, Insta#LAND will provide support functions that handle practical management tasks, such as airline and hotel reservations and purchases, to ecosystem participants.
