# 5. Sales Strategy

Insta#LAND's approach to the travel industry is focused on creating an open market that empowers various operators to participate and profit from the platform. By offering a structure for entrepreneurs to sell and distribute both tangible and intangible travel products, such as travel content, airline tickets, hotels, and activity tickets, the platform provides a new revenue stream for those looking to enter or expand in the travel industry.

To ensure quality and expertise within the platform, Insta#LAND employs various NFTs as licenses that prove service qualifications within this open market. Specifically, tour planners who plan, develop, and commercialize travel products within Insta#LAND must match the appropriate 'Marketing NFT' to their travel product to receive sufficient token rewards.

While a default low-level NFT is available and rewarded, tour planners can upgrade to higher levels through the NFT setting to receive increased compensation for their services. This allows for a more nuanced division of the transaction size and profit rate, similar to the approach taken in wholesale and retail stores.

Additionally, Insta#LAND offers a rental matching service that allows tour planners or external travel agencies to borrow and match NFTs to their travel products. This system ensures that only qualified tour planners and agencies can participate in the platform, while also providing opportunities for those without NFTs to utilize the platform.
