# 7. Affiliate Strategy

The travel industry is fundamentally characterized by the collaboration of various service providers. It has a collaborative business nature in which a single product is formed by bundling services on a wide variety of routes, including airlines, hotels, travel agencies, land transportation, and food, rather than a single production and distribution structure in a factory.

In order to run a successful travel business, it is the most important factor to create an efficient and economical collaboration structure with these various operators. The Insta#LAND platform will continue to expand partnerships with these service providers while building its own ecosystem. This is because the process of expanding partnership is ultimately the process of expanding the ecosystem.
