# 3) Escrow Function

MARBLE offers an escrow function within the Insta#LAND platform for transactions carried out within the ecosystem. This feature enables both parties involved in a transaction to make payments using MARBLE and earn interest during the escrow period. If a transaction requires payment for a travel product, the platform can facilitate payment on behalf of the escrowed parties, guaranteeing the execution of the smart contract and ensuring the successful implementation of the travel product.
