# 2. LAND

LAND functions as a type of land within the platform, uniquely matched with the distinct city names of travel destinations worldwide. The actual names of travel destinations in the real world exist solely within the Insta#LAND platform, and they are granted physical delineation of intellectual property and ownership rights based on the Ethereum ERC-721 standard.

The virtual locations represented by LAND serve as the basis for the creation of various virtual assets such as buildings, sculptures, and natural landmarks. These assets are then matched to specific locations on the platform through the creation of Estate (Route, Contents) NFTs, a process known as "publishing". This mimics the relationship between real-world properties and their physical locations. The use of Asset NFTs, based on the ERC-721 standard, ensures the accurate representation and proof of ownership of these virtual assets, which also serves as the foundation for the revenue distribution model within the platform.

Overall, LAND is a key component of the Insta#LAND ecosystem that provides users with unique ownership and creative opportunities within the virtual world, while also serving as a way to mirror and represent the physical world in a digital form.
