# 3. Asset NFT

If LAND has the meaning of the geographical name and administrative district of a specific travel destination and has the characteristics of land, Asset NFT (Estate, Route, Contents) refers to specific cultural assets, historic sites, buildings, real estate, and the travel destination itself.

* Estate NFT means a specific travel destination, but it does not have uniqueness. Multiple users can create and edit Estate NFTs, and individually own ownership and copyright. Route NFT means a travel course.&#x20;
* Travel agencies with Utility NFTs can design, commercialize and sell travel courses. Route NFT is also essential to publish and sell on LAND, and when sales are made, a certain fee is paid to the owner of LAND.&#x20;
* Contents NFTs represent a very diverse range of user-generated content. It refers to relatively small-scale information editing activities such as creating information about travel destinations, reviews, posting photos, and ratings.&#x20;
* Copyright and ownership of user-generated content (UGC) are protected, and we have the right to suspend ownership of copyrighted content.
