# 5) Agency NFT

As a local operator of travel agencies, LANDING Co. can purchase Agency NFTs to connect guides with the NFTs and earn additional guide tips that are proportional to their earnings. This serves as a type of cost for managing guides, which can generate significant profits for operators who manage many guides and conduct business in this industry. Initially, these Agency NFTs will be provided to each LANDING Co. in a leasing format, and owning these NFTs will provide them with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system tailored to their company, making it easier to manage guides and travel agencies. As with other NFTs in the Insta#LAND ecosystem, performance accumulates, and as the Agency NFT levels up, the operator can earn higher mining rewards.
