# 5. Utility NFT

While LAND and Asset NFTs have the function of proving and securing asset ownership and copyright, Utility NFT proves license possession and performs the function of matching copyright and ownership of content and products created by users.

Users who have obtained licenses using Ethereum ERC-721 can produce various contents using Utility NFTs with different functions and publish them on the platform.
