Insta#LAND is a decentralized travel platform that aims to present new economic models in various domains, while embracing a revenue-sharing ecosystem with a decentralized organizational structure, in contrast to the traditional, centralized travel platforms utilized by travel agencies and OTAs. Users participate voluntarily, creating a decentralized operation that will enable Insta#LAND to offer a wide range of benefits over conventional centralized platforms.

### Travel Platform

Our travel platform is designed to revolve around travel content, with a focus on user-generated products and experiences. Through fostering a collaborative community of travelers, we aim to create a dynamic travel business platform that promotes interaction and revenue-sharing. Our mission is to provide a distinctive and engaging marketplace where users can create, develop, and sell travel products in an innovative and collaborative environment.

### Escrow

Platform provides an escrow service for safe and trusted transactions between buyers and sellers of travel content and products. This third-party intermediary holds funds/assets during the transaction process and only releases them when all conditions are met, reducing fraud and non-payment risks and increasing trust in platform transactions.

### UGC(User-Generated travel Content)

The platform offers a system for users who create and publish travel content to earn commissions and profits from the sale of their content. This system is designed to incentivize users to share their unique experiences and insights, thereby enriching the platform's content offerings and attracting more users. By providing a financial incentive for content creation, the platform aims to foster a vibrant ecosystem of user-generated content that benefits both content creators and consumers. ### Advertisement

The platform incorporates advertisements in its content, and the generated revenue from advertisement exposure is distributed to various entities such as LAND owners, Asset NFT owners, Utility NFT owners, companies, and foundations in diverse ways. This provides a sustainable revenue model for the development and expansion of the platform.
